Our Process
Each Delphi piece is made to order, not held in stock. Here is what to expect.
1. Select
Browse the collection and choose the piece that calls to you. Reach out via WhatsApp with your selection, along with your measurements and any customizations you’d like included. A member of our team is assigned to your order to guide it from here.
2. Confirm & Pay
Once your measurements and customizations are finalized, your order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made via bank transfer for local customers only or Debit/credit card upon checkout.
International customers can view pricing in USD using the currency toggle on our site; payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card upon checkout.

3. Weave
Your piece is handwoven by our artisans over 12 to 16 weeks. Thousands of stitches, each placed by hand.
4. Receive
Once complete, your piece is inspected, packaged, and shipped.
A Note on Customization
Sizing can be adjusted to your measurements. Minor variations in fit and color are characteristic of handwoven pieces, not flaws in them.
