SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic Shipping

All orders within Pakistan are routed through TCS, Leopards, and many others courier services. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification email/WhatsApp or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order.  Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 12 weeks; each order’s delivery time may also vary based on the agreed timeline between Delphi and the client on email/WhatsApp. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.

We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.

International Shipping

All international orders are routed through DHL/FEDEX/TCS. All our international clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
International clients shall receive a notification of shipment via email. The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.

All international orders ship through courier and are delivered in 8-10 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 12 weeks to process your order and ship the package. This is only estimated and does not include weekends and holidays. . We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Order Tracking

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number (if a valid email address/SMS was supplied); a delivery date will be provided based on the order details from our customer services within 48 hours.

Please save all email invoices for your records. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  •  All prices quoted on website are subject to change at the time of order . Please whatsapp for final price
  • We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
  • Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
  • If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
  • Consignees in Saudi Arabia must have a valid commercial registration with Saudi Customs for smooth clearance and delivery of shipments.
  • In case a consignee does not have a valid commercial registration, shipment will return back to origin without any intimation.
 Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


DELPHI is committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us on email within 24 hours of delivery of order. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or other credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Moreover, orders those are customized are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame. 
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to the photographic lighting source or the screen, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.  
  • Product is damaged because of use. 
  • Product has been tampered. 
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.  
  • Do not accept the parcel if it’s damage or seal opened. Delphi will not be responsible for such exchanges.  
  • Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed which is usually 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

Delphi has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, It is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to one month for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
